Benjamin Rabinowitz is a Senior Associate Attorney at Shulman & Hill where he concentrates his practice on passionately representing injured workers of diverse backgrounds and circumstances to ensure that they receive the benefits they deserve. He has spent the past decade advocating on behalf of clients and handling all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims and litigation, including trials, depositions, settlements, and authorization of medical treatment requests. Benjamin earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law where he served as a member of the Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, Media & Entertainment Law Society, and the Latin American Law Students Association and he earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Citation in Spanish language studies. While at Harvard College Mr. Rabinowitz played for the Harvard Men’s Baseball Team and spent a semester abroad studying at the University of Barcelona. Mr. Rabinowitz is the youngest of three brothers and remains an exercise enthusiast and avidly follows his favorite sports teams: New York Yankees, New York Giants and New York Knicks.
