Michael Edelman has almost two decades of experience working in complex personal injury litigation in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. Initially in his career, he worked for several years as a litigation associate in a national 1,000+ attorney firm specializing in construction accident cases arising under the New York State Labor Law, as well as trial counsel for a national insurance company. Mr. Edelman has tried cases to verdict in both New York and New Jersey and has conducted trial proceedings in all New York City boroughs. He has conducted depositions and inspections throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Florida and Georgia. He has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar resolutions on behalf of catastrophically injured individuals, several of which have been recognized in publications as top awards in the state. He has been selected as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and The National Trial Lawyers – Top 100.
