Justine B. Uy joins Shulman & Hill as an Associate with proven experience in civil litigation. Since her admission to the New York State bar in 2021, she has been a zealous advocate for Plaintiffs throughout New York City.
Prior to joining the firm, Justine worked as a Litigation Associate specializing in premise liability, municipal liability, and motor vehicle matters. She is knowledgeable at managing her caseload from intake through trial. She is highly skilled in depositions, discovery matters, motion practice, Court appearances, mediations, and negotiations. Throughout litigation, she is adept at building meaningful relationships with her clients.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law where she was a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center and an associate editor for the International Law Journal. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame where she served as the Editor in Chief of the Political Science Journal.
