Seth J. MacArthur is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Personal Injury department. Mr. MacArthur handles litigation in the areas of construction accidents and labor law, premises liability, as well as serious motor vehicle liability cases. For twenty years, Seth has been helping the injured by representing them in litigation in both federal and state courts.
