Jennifer A. Giovannetti

Jennifer Giovannetti has built a career successfully advocating for injured workers in the areas of both Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. She believes in the importance of meeting clients where they are on their own journeys to best meet their needs. Prior to working in the areas of Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability, Ms. Giovannetti’s career path led her to representing disabled students seeking a free appropriate public education. The common denominator in all the areas of her practice over the years is that she has a passion for helping others, especially those most vulnerable. Ms. Giovannetti earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism at St. John’s University, where she also received her J.D. degree. She was the Associate Managing Editor of the New York International Law Review during law school. Ms. Giovannetti has enjoyed writing as both a journalist and as a lawyer and received the CALI Award for Excellent Achievement in Law & Literature upon her graduation from law school. She is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
