Born and raised in New York, Partner Noah Passer is a lifelong resident and experienced litigator dedicated to representing injured workers and maximizing their compensation. Drawn to Workers’ Compensation by his desire to help people, Noah finds fulfillment in making a meaningful difference in his clients’ lives and ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve.
With extensive experience handling all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims—from inception and trial to permanency and settlement—Noah is well-versed in litigating complex disputes related to employment relationships, medical treatment authorization, disability, and permanency. His deep commitment to his clients and community has earned him widespread respect among his peers.
In recognition of his outstanding work, Noah has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star. He also serves as an Officer and Director of the Society of New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association, where he currently holds the position of Vice President.
