Timothy Norton serves as Appellate Counsel for Shulman & Hill, bringing a decade of experience in appellate advocacy across all New York State Appellate Courts. Early in his career, Timothy developed a strong interest in appellate work and has since dedicated himself to this specialized area of law. While he has extensive experience in all facets of personal injury, his primary focus has been on construction site accidents and the evolving landscape of New York State Labor Law.
Passionate about representing injured workers, Timothy is committed to holding corporations and large companies accountable for failing to provide adequate safety equipment and safe working conditions. For him, advocating for workers is not just about securing compensation but also about upholding their dignity and ensuring safer workplaces for the future.
A Long Island native, Timothy graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University before earning his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as an editor on the Law Review and graduated magna cum laude. His excellence in the legal field has been recognized with distinctions, including being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Outside of work, he is an avid supporter of the Jets, Islanders, and Syracuse Orange.
