Timothy W. Norton

Timothy Norton serves as Appellate Counsel for Shulman & Hill. He has 10 years’ experience in appellate advocacy throughout all New York State Appellate Courts. While he has a wealth of experience in all areas of personal injury, his particular focus has been on construction site accidents and the evolution of the New York State Labor Law. He is passionate about representing injured workers who were victimized by the failures of large companies and corporations to provide adequate safety equipment and safe working conditions. It is important to hold these entities accountable to ensure not simply the safety of workers but their human dignity. He graduated from Binghamton University with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude. He is also a graduate of Syracuse University, College of Law, where he served as an editor on the Law Review and graduated with a distinction of Magna Cum Laude.
