Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from the use of this Shulman & Hill’s SMS program will be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving the right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Release and Limitation of Liability: Participants in Shulman & Hill’s SMS program agree to release and hold harmless the organization from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the program.
