Alex Shulman is the founding partner of the law firm and focuses his practice on helping injured New Yorkers.  Alex is active in community groups as well as in legal industry associations.  Alex received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 2003 and Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School in 2007. Mr. Shulman is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Christine Colvert was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Prior to joining Shulman & Hill, she served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michelle Hollar-Gregory, J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division where she gained valuable court room experience and resolved disputes as a certified mediator in Special Civil cases. She graduated from Boston College in 2011, where she majored in English. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014.

Eva Galchenko

Eva Galchenko was born and raised in Tomsk, Russia. After graduation from Tomsk State University Institute of Law in 2001, she served as an in-house counsel for Federal Taxation Services of Russian Federation. Later, she transitioned to criminal prosecution and spent four years as an Assistant District Prosecutor in Tomsk Region, adding both criminal and civil litigation work to her previous experience in commercial courts. In 2012, she graduated from University of Houston Law Center with Master of Laws in International Law degree. Prior to joining Shulman & Hill, she worked as a Legal Compliance Consultant for a multinational ethanol trading company. Ms. Galchenko is admitted to practice in New York.

Michael Levitz

Michael has focused his entire legal career on representing injured New Yorkers in Personal Injury matters and has extensive courtroom and trial advocacy experience. Prior to joining Shulman & Hill, Michael worked at a prestigious Plaintiffs Personal Injury firm for seven years, three of which he spent as a trial attorney. Michael received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University where he majored in Marketing and Finance and his law degree from Hofstra Law School in addition to serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Leon Ruhelsman of the Supreme Court, Kings County.

Eitan Magendzo was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. Prior to joining Shulman & Hill, he worked for prominent insurance company defense law firms, where he learned the different techniques used by insurance companies to defend personal injury claims. He now uses that knowledge for the benefit of our clients. Mr. Magendzo graduated from Yeshiva University after completing studies at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2012.

David Schleider

David Schleider was born and raised in Manhattan, New York. Prior to joining
Shulman & Hill, he worked for a technology company developing legal research
platforms for attorneys. He graduated from Boston Univeristy, magna cum
laude, with a degree in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctorate
from UCLA School of Law in 2015, where he served as the Chief Business
Manager and Articles Editor for the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.

Koby Sabghir

Koby Sabghir was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Prior to joining Shulman & Hill, he worked at a workers’ compensation law firm where he successfully represented hundreds of injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board. Koby has extensive prior experience representing clients before New York State Supreme and Civil courts. He graduated from Yeshiva University in 2009, where he majored in Biology. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from
Brooklyn Law School in 2013. He currently serves on the board of directors
of a non-profit, the International Down Syndrome Coalition, and is active in
the leadership of his local synagogue.
